Frequently Asked Questions - Fall 2026 Season

Q: What days are games played?

A: All Fall 2026 games are played on Sundays, with the first games typically beginning at 12:00 PM. Game times may vary throughout the day depending on the division and schedule.

Q: What division will my child play in?

A: Players are placed in divisions based on their baseball age, not skill level. For the Fall 2026 season, division eligibility is determined by the player's age according to the league's official age chart.

Q: What equipment does Northwest Bakersfield Baseball provide?

A: Each player will receive:

• Official team jersey

• Team hat

Each team will also be provided with catcher’s gear for the season.

Players are responsible for providing their own:

• Batting helmet

• Bat

• Baseball pants

• Belt

• Socks

• Cleats

• Protective cup (required for male players)

Q: Can my child be placed on the same team as friends or family members?

A: Team placement requests are not accepted. The only exception is for siblings who are in the same division and can provide proof of their relationship. No other friend or family requests will be honored to ensure a fair and balanced draft.

Q: Do you offer sibling or multi-player discounts?

A: We do not offer sibling or multi-player discounts. However, we encourage families to register early whenever an Early Bird Discount is available to take advantage of seasonal savings.
