NORTHWEST BAKERSFIELD BASEBALL REFUND POLICY
When you register, if for any reason you reconsider, we will refund your fees. The total amount of the refund however will be based on the request. Since the League, which operates as a not for profit and is subject to processing fees, we will refund your registration fees less the fees charged by our credit card processing company
In the event the request for refund is made prior to the season try-out and drafting, the refund shall be calculated deducting the processing fee charged at the time of registration. As an example, if the registration fee is $205, the processing fee $10.25 ($205 x 5.0%).
In the event the request for refund is made after the player has been drafted by a team but before the first game of the season, the refund shall be calculated deducting the uniform cost plus the processing fee. In the event the request for refund is made after the first game of the season, no refund will be made.
To request a refund, simply contact us with your registration details by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, the player’s name, and the division of play. Optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
Refunds will be processed quickly, typically within approximately two weeks of verification of payment.
Current fees as of December 1, 2015 are 5.0% of the transaction. Processing fees subject to change without notice.
THE DEADLINE FOR REFUNDS FOR THE FALL 2017 SEASON IS AUGUST 4, 2017. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THAT DATE.
